Boarding Program

Boarding is available for training program graduates or dogs currently enrolled in a program that includes 4 or more lessons who have gone through and passed a boarding trial night. If your dog has not gone through a trial night, please contact me to learn more. Trial nights are priced differently than regular boarding, as I prevent scheduling of additional lessons during this time in case the dog is not a good fit.

To keep the boarding program small and personalized, I only take up to three dogs at a time. This gives me ample time to spend with your pet. This also means that you should schedule your boarding as far in advance as possible!

*All clients are required to set up a Boarding Trial Night before scheduling boarding*

All boarding requests must be made at least 7 days in advance. Once a request is received and responded to, you have 7 days to reserve your spot.

Standard Boarding Information

Drop Off: 3pm - 9pm

  • pre-scheduled early drop off: $10 per hour

Pick Up: 9am-3pm

  • pre-scheduled late pick up: $10 per hour

50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to hold your boarding dates, and the rest is required at drop off. Exact Drop Off and Pick Up times must be scheduled in advance.

What’s Included:

  • Daily walks*

  • Daily play time with Bailey, Baloo and/or additional boarding dog(s)

  • Regular Potty Breaks

  • Daily Place Work/Relaxation Time

  • Daily Photo Updates

  • Medication Administration (easy/non-timed medications only)

*Daily walks may be replaced with extra play time if dog is not appropriately trained to walk on a leash on a busy street

Boarding Dog Requirements

In addition to completing a trial night, all client dogs must meet the following requirements for boarding:

Licensing:

  • Picture of dog’s up to date town/city license must be provided before drop off

  • License must be worn by dog at all times while on the premises

Vaccinations:

  • Client must provide proof of the following vaccinations before drop off:

    • Rabies

      • Rabies tag must be worn by dog at all times while on the premises

    • Distemper/Parvovirus

    • Bordetella

Fecal:

  • Proof of a negative fecal taken within 1 month of drop off date is required

Training:

  • Dog must be crate trained. Dogs that bark excessively in the crate cannot be boarded

Your dog will be assigned a color code upon completion of their boarding trial night. This color is associated with the number of other dogs that your dog is able to be boarded with, any behavioral or medical needs that your dog may have, and other trainer notes. If you have question about why your dog has been assigned a specific color please reach out to Sam.

Green Dogs:

  • $95/night

Blue Dogs:

  • $95/night

Pink Dogs:

  • $110/night

Yellow Dogs:

  • $125/night

Orange Dogs:

  • $125/night

Puppies 6 Months or Younger:

  • $125/night

Boarding Pricing Structure

Trial Night:

  • Only offered Sunday-Thursday when no other boarding dogs are scheduled

  • $175, one night only

Holidays:

  • $15/night per dog for holidays

Small Pet Fee:

  • $15/night for first small pet

  • $8.5/night for each additional small pet

Late Pick Up Fee without prior notice:

  • $15 per hour

  • Standard boarding fee + $10 per night added to stay after drop off

Early Drop Off Fee without prior notice:

  • $15 per hour

Late Notice Fee:

  • There is a 10% added charge for base boarding fee if 7 days notice is not given prior to requested boarding dates

Cash/Check Discount:

  • $5/night discount if paid via cash or check

Add-Ons

Add-Ons are not included in standard boarding, but can be added for a small fee. You choose how often you want your dog to receive the added on service during their stay!

  • 45-60 Minute Hike - $45

General Care Add-Ons:

    • <20lb - $30

    • 20-39lb - $40

    • 40-59lb - $50

    • 60+lb - $60
